At Seam See Easy, we manage global production through our trusted manufacturing partners in regions including India, Turkey, Vietnam, and Thailand. To ensure a smooth and transparent experience, please review our logistics and shipping policy below.

Shipping Coordination

Seam See Easy handles the shipping of both samples and bulk production orders from our production partners to your preferred destination.

We work with trusted international couriers such as DHL, FedEx, and USPS to ensure timely and secure delivery.

​​Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are not included in your production invoice unless explicitly stated.

  • Shipping charges are calculated separately based on:

  • Your delivery address

  • Weight and volume of the shipment

  • Origin country of the goods

  • Courier and service level selected (e.g., express vs economy)

Once your items are ready, we will send you a final shipping quote before dispatch. Payment must be made in full before goods are released for shipping.

Customs & Import Duties

All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the sole responsibility of the client. These may vary depending on the destination country and applicable import regulations.

Seam See Easy is not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance or unpaid duties.

Tracking & Insurance

Tracking details will be shared with you upon dispatch.

Insurance is not included by default, but can be added upon request. If no insurance is selected, Seam See Easy is not responsible for loss, damage, or delay once the goods are handed over to the courier.

Client Courier Accounts (Optional)

If you prefer to use your own DHL, FedEx, or UPS account for shipping, please inform us before production is complete so that arrangements can be made accordingly.

Refusal of Delivery / Incorrect Address

Seam See Easy is not responsible for shipments returned due to incorrect shipping information or refusal of delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply in such cases.
